CANCELLATION POLICY

• All sales are final.  Ensure the game title, date and times selected are correct prior to purchase.  
• Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
• Players under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  
• All participants under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Rescheduling
We understand plans can change. You may request to reschedule your booking at least [24/48] hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than [1] hour before your booking time may not be accommodated, and your payment will be forfeited.

LATE POLICY

• For late bookings, the time is subtracted from the experience.
